Q: How long will I be able to access the modules after I sign up?

A: You are signing up for a monthly subscription. You can access any (or all!) of the modules for as long as you want – and cancel at any time.

Q: How many of the modules can I access when I sign up?

A: You can access as many or as few as you want – for no extra cost!

Q: How do I know if I have mastered the material?

A: Every module has a comprehensive test at the end to ensure that you have learned all the relevant material in the module.

Q: Can I see the progress and test results of the staff members I enroll?

A: Yes! The test results will be forwarded to you as each individual completes them – so you will always know what material your staff member is working on, and what they have completed.

Q: Is there a contract – or a certain amount of time I need to sign up for?

A: No – you can cancel at any time, and work at your own pace.

Q: Can I re-take or review modules that I have completed?

A: Yes! As long as you have an active subscription with us you can always see all the modules you have completed.
