Responsibilities: 

 This is not a cold-calling telemarketing position; however, you will be required to follow up on web leads via outbound calling, texts, and emails.

Build relationships with clients over the telephone and through web communications.

Booking new patient consults through outbound phone calls to warm leads.

Follow-up with previous potential clients as well as patients who have not purchased services in the past.

Drive appointment bookings for items on a client’s care plan.

Provide value in educating patients regarding the services RESTOR offers.

Explaining and encouraging membership sales.

Facilitating follow-up with both the clinical team and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the procedure.

Using software to track the success of existing contacts and communicate with the team.

Base Salary $40k - with opportunities of >$100,000/year for top performers (commission based)

Who You Are:

This is an upper level management position which includes leadership, management, and accountability for administrative staff across multiple locations. This position reports to and works closely with leadership to achieve business goals.

Assistant Medical Director

Who You Are:

Are you an NP or PA  - with at least 2 years of experience in HRT, Wellness and Regenerative medicine, Injections, Lasers and Aesthetics? Or - are you an NP or PA with leadership experience wanting to break into the Aesthetics and Wellness space? Do you have demonstrated commitment to learning, training, and ability to manage a team of medical professionals in a fast paced and dynamic field? 

A positive attitude and leadership ability is a must. This position will be full-time and we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities: 

You will see patients primarily at 2-3 locations (50% time)

You will manage 5-8 Clinicians at 2-3  locations in collaboration with the on-site Physician (35% time)

You will train junior staff and help build and test new Protocols the RESTOR clinical team (15% time)
