Your Impact:

As Regional Director of Marketing, you’ll own the full client acquisition strategy—across digital, local, and experiential channels. You’ll lead brand development, campaign planning, and performance optimization. You’ll build and manage a small but mighty internal team and collaborate closely with agency partners and operations leaders.

This role is perfect for someone who can toggle between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution—and who loves working on a brand with both heart and hustle.

Key Marketing Metrics of Success:

New Market Launches: 50% appointment capacity booked before opening; 75% by month three

Client Acquisition: 30+ net new client visits/month/location via digital and local campaigns

Membership Engagement: 4+ visits per year per active member

Funnel Performance: Increase consult booking rates, optimize lead conversion, and lower CAC

In more detail- Responsibilities include evaluating optimizing and implementing the following: 

Develop and execute integrated marketing & sales strategies aligned with growth goals

Oversee all digital campaigns, brand management, and local market launches

Manage outbound sales function, including consult booking, lead follow-up, and membership conversion

Manage internal and external teams (agencies, contractors, in-house staff)

Track performance using GA4, CRM, and campaign dashboards

Collaborate with leadership on pricing, promotions, and expansion strategy

Create assets, campaigns, and events that elevate our brand and drive revenue

You Bring:

5+ years in marketing leadership roles, ideally with multi-location, premium, or retail brands

Deep experience in paid acquisition, brand strategy, and campaign management

Proven ability to manage agencies, lead teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Data fluency and experience using analytics to optimize campaigns and spend

Experience in aesthetics, luxury wellness, or healthcare is a strong plus

BA/BS required; MBA or advanced marketing certifications a bonus

Director of Operations

This is an upper level management position which includes leadership, management, and accountability for administrative staff across multiple locations. This position reports to and works closely with leadership to achieve business goals. 

In summary - Responsibilities include evaluating optimizing and implementing the following: 

Inventory systems and process 

Scheduling systems and process 

Day to day administrative  management systems for the front of house functions.

Assistant Medical Director / Clinical Lead

Who You Are:

Are you an NP or PA  - with at least 2 years of experience in Injections, Lasers and Aesthetics? Or - are you an NP or PA with leadership experience wanting to break into Aesthetics? Do you have demonstrated commitment to learning, training, and ability to manage a team of medical professionals in a fast paced and dynamic field? 

A positive attitude and leadership ability is a must. This position will be full-time and we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities: 

You will see patients primarily at 2-3 locations (50% time)

You will manage 5-8 Clinicians at 2-3  locations in collaboration with the on-site Physician (35% time)

You will train junior staff and help build and test new Protocols the RESTOR clinical team (15% time)

Position Requirements:

 Active Colorado NP or PA license.

 2 years injecting Neuromodulators and/or Dermal Fillers

 Experience with Aesthetic Lasers and/or Microneedling

Responsibilities: 

Booking appointments and new patient consults through outbound phone calls to warm leads and existing clients.

Follow-up with previous potential clients as well as patients who have not purchased services in the past.

Explaining, and encouraging membership sales
